Return review
Return eligibility, timing, condition requirements, and any return shipping cost will be stated in the order confirmation you receive before purchase. Keep original packaging and accessories until you are satisfied with the item.
Condition
Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, returned goods generally need to be unused, uninstalled, complete, and safely packed in their original product packaging. Installed, modified, damaged, or incomplete products may not qualify.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect the order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was confirmed, contact us with the order reference, product ID, explanation, and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.
Refund timing
If a return is approved and a refund is due, we will explain the method and expected timing. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time after a refund is issued.
